What data does Application Bot collect?

Guild ID

  • Guild IDs are used to store all your preferences, so we know which data belongs to which server.

Specific Channel IDs

  • Certain channel IDs are stored so we know which channels to send messages to such as application logs. Blacklisted channels are also stored so we know which channels not to send messages to.

Application Settings

  • Your application settings are stored when you create an application on the dashboard. These are things such as your application title and questions.

Application Responses

  • Application responses are stored until you delete them. This is so you can accept/reject applications or review the applications in the application archive.

Permission Settings

  • Your permission preferences can be set via the dashboard. These are stored so we know who to allow read/write access to the dashboard.

Applicant Details

  • These are the details of the applicant which are stored alongside the application response. This consists of the applicant name and user ID so we know who applied.

Other Settings Data

  • Other settings data is stored so the bot works exactly how you want it to. Your settings can be changed via the dashboard.

What data does Todo List Bot collect?

  • Guild IDs are used to store all your preferences, so we know which data belongs to which server.

  • Certain channel IDs are stored so we know which channels have your todo lists in.

Todo List Data

  • Your todo list data is stored so we can populate your todo lists with the items you add to them. When you remove an item from your list, that item's data is deleted.

Other Settings Data

  • Other setting data is stored so we can customise the bot to suit you with your personal settings such as your prefix.

  • Your Discord user ID is also used as a backup to confirm that the subscription is linked to your account.
